Your situations, the AI's replies, your profile answers (name, what matters to you), and the email you signed up with. That's it.
What we do with it
We use it to give you better, more personal replies — and to draw your growth and constellation map. We don't sell it. We don't share it. We don't use it to train models that are sold to anyone else.
Who can see it
You. And the small team running Unseen, only when we need to fix something or look into a support request. Your situations are private by default.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. If you delete a situation, it's gone. If you delete your account, everything tied to you is removed within 30 days.
Where it lives
On a secure, encrypted database hosted by a trusted provider. Connections are encrypted in transit.
Your control
You can export, edit, or delete anything you've shared. Email us and we'll do it the same day.
